KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT BECHOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHEH'HOO BEN HA'OLAM HABA

L’yilui Nishamt Avraham ben Ester ZT’L.
From Yalkut Yosef:

1. One should be cautious and modest when putting on and taking off clothing and not say I am in a private place and no one is watching me, because Ha Kadosh Baruch Hu fills up the entire world. All parts of the body that are usually covered should stay covered and not revealed even in private places to respect Hashem. One should be quick to get up from bed and dress in the morning. And a small child who has some intellect of where he/she is and how the world functions should be taught to always dress modestly.

2. Even in a place where the person must reveal him/herself like in the shower or while bathing (dipping in the mikveh) in a lake or ocean they should act in modesty and put a great effort to wear a Kippa where necessary. One should undress and dress around the place where they must go in undressed.
