KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT KOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHE'HOO BEN HAOLAM HABA

L’yilui Nishamt Avraham ben Ester & Israel Ben Rivka.
From Ve’En Lamo Michshol:

1. A person who sees his/her friend in the middle of a project, from Derech Eretz he/she should tell them Hatzlacha (success in your endeavor), and even if the friend is a Goy.

2. When a person meets a friend or a neighbor on the street or in the market or the like, should be the first one to say ‘Shalom’ in a respectful manner, and it is not enough to nod one’s head. Even if a person is smaller in Torah than you, you should not stop yourself from saying Shalom first.
