1. A Big Punishment goes to the one who does not understand the zchut (privelage) of Mitzvat Tzitzit (Talit Ktana) and cancels for himself the obligation to wear Tzitzit. On the type of person who is cautious to do the Mitzva of Tzitzit has the zchut of seeing the Divine Presence.
2. The Mitzva of Tzitzit is valued as doing all of the Mitzvot, because in Parshat Tzitzit (the passage of Tzitzit in the Torah), it is written: “U’Re’item Otam VeZchartem Et Kol Mitzvot Hashem VeAsitem Otam” (And you saw him and remembered all the Mitzvot of Hashem and have done them).
