1. From the 2nd night of Pesach we start counting for Sefirat HaOmer after Arvit. The Bracha of Sefirat HaOmer should be said standing and the day counted after the bracha. For ex. Day 1: Today is day one. at Day 8: Today is day 8, one week and one day, etc.
2. Whoever asks a friend during Ben HaShmashot (Between sunset and tzet hakochavim, which is right in between 2 days) what day is it for the Bracha of Sefirat HaOmer, he should answer: Yesterday was x, because if he would answer today is y then the person cannot count with a bracha.
