The reality of the world is the existence of the spiritual world and the physical world. What is difficult to accept in our generation, that is filled with Hester Panim (literally hidden face or figuratively it is difficult to believe in Hashem today), is that Hashem is the master of the world(s). In order for us to understand how the spiritual world exists (after going through the belief in a spiritial world, G-d, the power of tefillah, Judaism, the Torah, etc.) we look at the physical world. What does this mean? In everything we do today there is a certain order. Without this order, chaos commences and the ability to live life dissolves.
In Life we need to do the same thing. Stick to an order, stick to some type of guidance that we believe in (Not only because it has been followed by generations before us for thousands of years, but because we truly believe that it is the reality of this world). So if one knows a drop of the Torah HaKdosha and how Hashem wants us to live, he knows there is a certain order of the day. The entire world rotates their lives around time. This started from Yahadut. There is a certain way to live, a certain way to be an eved Hashem. Just like there is a certain time when we work to earn money, so too there is a certain time to pray, to say kriyat shma, to say kriyat shma al hamita, birkat halevana, etc. What else can this teach us? Everything has its own time. Sometimes we need to learn how to be angry and unleash the anger in the most positive way, and sometimes we need to understand that there is a time to stay quiet.
Its not a joke when the holy Rabbanim say that the Torah HaKdosha covers all grounds.
